JULY Get Fit and Have Fun

Both exercise and social interaction are powerful tools of wellbeing.  This month let’s combine these into fun interactions in the great outdoors.

THE CHALLENGE

 This month the challenge is to go do something active outside with a friend – ideally someone you work with.

 Beginner level:  do something active outside with someone else

 Intermediate level:  do something active outside with someone from work

 Advanced level:  do something active outside with someone from work you don’t typically socialize with
