MARCH Not just Random Acts
PRIZE THIS MONTH!!!
“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”
~Margaret Meade
One exercise that consistently shows benefit for wellbeing is showing kindness to others. When we do acts of kindness we experience a release of seretonin and oxytocin that make us feel better and more connected to others. The exciting thing is that this isn’t just experienced by yourself, the person who receives the kindness and even people observing the kindness also experience the same benefit. So one act of kindness goes a really long way!
THE CHALLENGE
This month’s challenge will be intentionally performing acts of kindness. The challenge will be in the form of a game….Kindness Bingo. And since it's a game it seems only fair that there should be a prize this month.
3 levels of challenge are included. Start where you feel comfortable and advance as you wish. To be eligible for the monthly challenge draw you MUST participate at least at the intermediate level:
Beginner level: complete half of the squares on the card
Intermediate level: complete the entire card
Advanced level: complete the entire card AND do one act of kindness every day you work
THE BINGO CARD
